Li Didkovsky (they/them) is a Ukrainian-American artist who enjoys creating illustrations, concept art, and comics.They primarily work on private commissions, and have spent a approximately two years as a gamedev concept artist.

Commission tos
1. Fees are non-refundable.Full payment, or a 50% up-front fee* must be paid.
2. If the Client includes Gen-AI images in their references, the Artist will trash the offending “references” if not the request outright.
3. The Commission progresses after the Draft and subsequent stages are approved by the Client. There are additional fees if the Client requests changes after approvals.
4. Ownership of the Commission will only pass from the Artist to the Client on receipt of payment in full.
5. The Client may use the Commission for personal use (i.e. personal art prints, uploading to social media).
6. The Client may not resell the Commission or create prints or other merchandise with the Commission for profit.
7. Distribution of the Commission to NFT/blockchain and/or AI programs is expressly forbidden.*On rare occasion, the Artist may need to terminate a project before its conclusion; in that case, a refund or other solutions will be discussed with the Client.
**Partial payment is determined per Commission.
